As a private operating foundation currently applying for 501(c)(3) status, we are committed to using every contribution responsibly and in alignment with our charitable purpose.
While our specific budget allocations may evolve, our spending priorities follow this order:
- Program Delivery – Developing and offering meaningful educational content and services
- Community Engagement – Expanding access through outreach and partnerships
- Tools & Resources – Investing in educational materials and technology to enhance learning
- Administrative Essentials – Covering compliance, operations, and infrastructure to support our mission
We regularly review our finances to ensure that resources are used wisely. Financial reports and filing updates are available upon request, and we are committed to full transparency as we grow.

Q&A
Will I get a receipt?
Yes. A donation receipt is automatically sent to your email after each donation. For monthly donors, you’ll also receive an annual giving summary.
Can I donate on behalf of someone else?
Yes. You can dedicate your donation in honor or memory of someone during checkout, and we’ll notify them if you’d like.
Can I cancel a recurring donation?
Of course. You can modify or cancel your monthly donation at any time through your donor account or by contacting us directly.
Are my donations Tax-deductible?
We are currently applying for 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status. While your donation is not yet tax-deductible, it will become deductible retroactively once our status is approved.
You’ll still receive a receipt immediately after donating and we’ll follow up once our tax-exempt status is confirmed so you can update your records if needed.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment systems. We do not store your payment details.
